Our innovation studio was founded by Carol Hannud, a Legal Design pioneer in Brazil, in March 2020. We were born to simplify collaboration in the digital reality for our clients; delivering value and impact in our services.
Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo with specialization at the University of Coimbra, as well as London School of Economics & Political Science, Interaction Design Foundation and AJ&Smart extension courses, Carol worked as a lawyer from 2004 to 2017; structuring and executing multidisciplinary projects of great complexity with excellence.
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas, Conflict Mediator qualified by the São Paulo State Court of Justice and Facilitator of Design Sprints and Design Thinking, her projects are gestated and generated with energy, creativity, curiosity, technical quality, focus and resilience.

Collaboration and innovation go hand in hand and help navigate the fast-paced complexity of today's world. Thus, solving complex problems by performing design sprints and co-creation processes so that corporate alignment is achieved towards an objective is one of our specialties.
We also facilitate design thinking processes and design sessions for specific challenges, as well as remodel and redesign corporate & legal documents, privacy notices, policies and terms of use. Our network includes illustrators, graphic designers, developers and UX writers.

Co-organization of this online event with speakers from the market and academia from Europe and Brazil. We work on creating content, aligning panels and lectures and structuring partnerships.
